Comments: Health and welfare check was completed on 2/24/26 at 5:30pm. AEO Linebarger spoke to c/p who stated that the dog was not at the property when AEOs were there at 5:30pm because they did not hear it bark. AEO advised that the dog was at the location and was healthy and showed no signs of neglect. C/P stated that the dog was neglected because it was currently barking, and the owner leaves the dog alone when they go to work. AEO advised that the dog did not bark while AEOs were there, that people had to work and dogs were allowed to be left alone while owners were working, and to contact the office if they wished to pursue a nuisance barking hearing.
